Suggest a new feature for Helpdesk Insights!

Custom Date Range for Data Insights

I would like to be able to insert a custom date range for HelpDesk Insights, for a specific month or week or any specific set of dates. The dropdown options are not very helpful.

I would like to be able to see how many tickets have were raised during a specific (custom) date range. The average response time for those tickets during business hours. how many tickets opened for each sales channel.

Weekly Teammate Report

I would like to be able to create an automated report weekly to email that summarizes each teammates HelpDesk insights

Team KPI for "New Drafts Created" To "Listed"

If we can have a visual of how many "new drafts" a team member has created and "how many was launched.
