Automatically link orders to tickets when the message comes before the order

Currently, 3Dsellers only links orders to customer tickets if the order was placed before the message. However, many customers message first to confirm which item they need, then place the order afterwards. In these cases, the ticket and order remain unlinked, and we have to manually connect them.
This is a daily issue for us (30–40 cases per day) and creates unnecessary manual work. It would be extremely helpful if the system could automatically detect and link the order using the customer’s eBay username even when the message precedes the order. This would ensure that all related details (order info, tracking, etc.) appear in one place in 3Dsellers, saving time and improving response efficiency.
