When I paid for the extra feature helpdesk - it was specifically for "Multi channel inventory sync".

After some testing, I understand completely how the multi channel inventory sync works. But this isn't what I expected.

My feature request is to improve it a bit - (so it's what I expected):

If a SKU sells on eBay or Shopify, to automatically reduce the SKU's quantity on the "Multichannel Inventory Sync" data, so it removes the item from all channels.

I understand it may be difficult to develop a trigger based on when a sale happens. But an easy way to accomplish the same thing, is to automatically sync my eBay and Shopify listings (specifically to check quantity) to my 3DSellers account on an automatic time interval - every 1 hour for example.
