An inventory count report

You need an inventory count report for multiple reasons (some listed below). #1 You need to physically count inventory periodically and you should have an easily accessible report. In reality you need to have not only a report but written protocol, so that employees will easily know what is in the report. Does it contain the QTY for sold but not shipped merchandise? The employee needs to know exactly what should be there.
#2 You need it with a column for qty sold to help with a process for reorder. Again here a nice fancy reorder protocol and system would be a nice feature
#3 You should do one which can be done as of a certain date. It can help with finding inventory mistakes if you can truly choose a date. More importantly the IRS wants a year end valuation as of December 31st. Everyone forgets. Theoretically its actually supposed to be physically counted. If that's not a choice you should just automatically pull and inventory report with SKU, Title, Counts and Valuation info and place it somewhere the client can just easily access it when they suddenly need it and have forgotten to do it.
